Refund policy

 

Thanks so much for shopping with us! We hope that you love your items as much as we do! However, we do understand that sometimes things just don’t work out and that’s why we want to make the return process easy for you! 

You may return full priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached for a store credit. Items that do not qualify for store credit are sale items, shoes, jewelry & accessories, stationery, swimsuits & intimate items, ALL FRAGRANCES (sweet grace & Thomas blonde) and website exclusives. Returns are refunded as store credit in the form of a gift card sent via email. 

We have a return form on the website that can be filled out should you need to return an item. Return form submission and return of item by shipping items to 622 Hwy 49 N. Flora, MS 39071 needs to be completed within 10 days of when your order was delivered. Tracking numbers will be checked to verify the date package is received and the return policy will be strictly followed based off this date.  The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.  We do not refund shipping costs. 

All SALE items (or items purchased with a discount code greater than 10% off) are final sale and non-returnable. 

If returning an item purchased with a gift card, you will receive your refund via giftcard. 

The Edit is NOT responsible for lost packages and packages sent to the wrong address. Please double check your shipping address during checkout to ensure your package arrives at the correct location.
